Mount Cole WineWorks is owned by Doctor Graeme and Mrs Carolyn Bertuch, the vineyard was established in the late 1990's in a valley at Mount Cole, near the well known Mount Langi Ghiran vineyard.
The vineyard specialises in Shiraz, with soils and climate suiting this variety. From the nine hectares of vines they produce "Off the Beaten Track" Shiraz, "Fenix Rising" Shiraz, Shiraz Viognier, "Bears and Roses" Sparkling Shiraz, and a small amount of the Italian variety, Nebbiolo. At the Mast Hill vineyard they produce Chardonnay.
